Great fun to write with

Cupronickel is a beautiful metal and I wish we had more pens made of it. The pen itself writes perfectly and feels good in the hand. The cap screws on securely without much force and doesn't accidentally uncap in your pocket. I've been using it as my go-to pocket pen since it arrived, and I find myself using it over everything else.

The only issue is that posting the pen feels weird at first, but the more you do it the smoother it gets.

I am glad that I purchased this fountain pen. It writes smooth on Rhodia paper. The feel of the nib on the paper amazing. The Rainbow Skittle pattern is eye catching. The portability of this pen is one of the reasons I purchased it. The pen pouch is very convenient. A micro fiber cloth is included with the pen. Nice touch. I ordered an extra nib also. Well done Gravitas crew.

The nibs wrote very well as soon as I started using them. No need for any additional tuning. Really liking the black color and Gravitas logo on them as well 😃.

I got the copper version with a fine flex nib.
This is a very solid, well sealed compact pen - I’m yet to take it in a plane but it’s been tossed into pockets and backpacks a few time with no problem. The body is short so it compromise on converter capacity but having a couple cartridges on hand when travelling will do.
It is a very hefty pen when posted - which require some getting used to - but I can also use it unposted. The flex fine nib is great - precise with just enough flex it still writes nicely.
I’ve been using Diamine Ancient Copper so far (it seemed appropriate) and it behaves really well even on non ideal paper.
The brand new raw copper is very shiny and bold - a bit too much for my taste - but that was expected: I’m looking forward to see it age and acquire texture and patina.

This is a satisfyingly engineered little pen. Lightweight but tough enough to carry every day. I've got it eyedroppered and it's behaving wonderfully!

Also note for this brand that I ordered from far away on a Tuesday, had shipping details within hours, and had the pen in hand less than a week later. Excellent buying experience!

The Raw Copper Pocket Pen is an excellent addition to my working collection. The high quality engineering that has gone into the pen is subtly apparent. The milling of the stainless steel section providing a non-slip grip is mt favorite. The pen is a thing of beauty. Sadly it is impacting my wallet as I am already planning my next purchase from Gravitas. :)

This pen is the best fountain pen to carry in your pants pocket. Perfectly sealed and won't leak. Highly recommend. Once the order was placed, I received the pen quickly even though it was shipped internationally. Staff was responsive to queries I had from a previous order. Also, it arrived with a nice leather pouch.

After having my eye on this pen for a long time, I decided to take advantage of the new site discount and bought it. It arrived very quickly, less than four days from when I ordered it which is great for international shipping. Feels great to write with, and the finish, as well as the quality of the engineering, is the best out of all my other Gravitas pens. I'm satisfied and looking forward to keeping this one in the collection for a long time.

This pen is always inviting me to write. Its beauty wants you to take it, then to open it and finally to put some words in your paper.

There are lots of reasons to really like the Quark in ultem, and many are described on the website. A few observations after using it for a week: it is light and it feels quite solid. When posted by screwing the two pieces together, it does not flex or feel loose in any way. The threads are precision milled to create a tight seal closed, or posted making it a regular length pen using the same threads in the cap for either config. It comes with a great soft sport sleeve that also includes a wrist band. It’s a perfect complement to the pocket size and a full size with plunger and its tremendous capacity! Honestly, I don’t think I could be happier with the Quark. Lastly, the new site and communications and shipping were professional and very fast from Romania to the USA East. I got it in five days from ordering at night to in my hand. Well packed and perfect condition. If you’re considering it, get it!
